Salary: DOE per year Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Produce project CAD deliverables and drawings ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with industry and national standards, as well as client-specific requirements. Plan, design, and support the management of water and wastewater treatment and conveyance projects, including pipelines, treatment, and pumping facilities. Perform detailed design calculations, create engineering plans and specifications, and aid in construction administration for various projects. Collaborate closely with various engineering disciplines, project staff, manufacturers' representatives, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle. Provide professional engineering services during construction phases, including construction observation, shop drawings reviews, and responses to RFIs. Prepare detailed Operation and Maintenance (O&M) reports and cost estimates. Participate actively in client meetings, delivering presentations and effectively communicating project progress and outcomes. Ensure the timely and budget-compliant completion of assigned tasks under the guidance of senior staff. Minimum Position Qualifications: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a robust work ethic. Excellent capabilities in both verbal and technical writing. Superior analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment. Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience in creating O&M reports. Flexible attitude towards work assignments and new challenges. Strong knowledge of engineering principles relating to water/wastewater/stormwater management. Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering. EIT Certification or the ability to obtain it within 6 months. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Environmental, Civil, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering, or in a related consulting capacity. Demonstrated responsibility for the coordination and delivery of project tasks within scheduled timelines and budget constraints. Hands-on experience in industrial wastewater, facility infrastructure design, and other related industrial project engineering tasks. Skills: Advanced skill in AutoCAD and relevant engineering software. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
