Physical Therapist We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team, focused on providing top-notch patient care and enhancing team welfare. This role involves direct patient interaction to assess, treat, and manage their rehabilitation, making a significant impact on their daily lives. Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Adhere to state laws and organizational policies to ensure legal compliance and safety standards. Complete all mandatory training requirements including Medicare, OSHA, and continuing education to maintain and advance clinical skills. Conduct thorough evaluations of patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and document treatment results timely and accurately. Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and third-party payers to ensure comprehensive understanding of treatment plans and billing. Attend and contribute to facility meetings, maintain up-to-date CPR certification, and participate actively in professional development opportunities. Provide compassionate and effective patient care with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist patients in movement and therapy exercises throughout the day. Minimum Position Qualifications: Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited program or an equivalent recognized by the state and current physical therapy licensure. Proven ability to manage a varied caseload and demonstrate clinical outcomes. Experience with clinical documentation software and solid proficiency in electronic medical records. Hands-on experience with therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques. Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, Medicare regulations, and primary billing procedures. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced specialty certifications (such as Orthopedic, Neurologic, or Sports Physical Therapy). At least three years of clinical experience in a multidisciplinary setting. Skills: Exceptional teamwork and leadership skills to effectively manage patient care in collaboration with healthcare teams. Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on patient and team outcomes. Strong communication skills for effective patient education and staff collaboration.
