Process transactions involving commercial mortgage-backed securities. Collaborate with a team of top-tier attorneys to deliver comprehensive legal solutions tailored to client needs. Minimum Position Qualifications: JD from a top-tier law school with an outstanding academic record. Bar certification in the state of office location. 4-6 years of specialized experience in key areas of real estate law including financing, lender representation, and CMBS.
