Concierge Nursing Services Supervisor We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our concierge nursing services team. This pivotal role involves meeting clients and their families directly in their homes, developing personalized care plans, and managing a team of caregivers to ensure compliance with clients' preferences and health requirements. This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance the quality of life for our clients by providing tailored, high-quality medical and support services. Salary: $1.00 per year Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Meet with clients and their families in their homes to assess their medical and personal needs. Develop comprehensive care plans that include nursing and additional support services to meet the specific needs of each client. Select and manage a team of caregivers suitable to meet the client’s health and personal care requirements. Ensure continual availability to the client and caregiver team to provide guidance and ensure services are rendered in a timely and compliant manner. Maintain up-to-date documentation and client records, complying with all legal and organizational standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to client care. Implement quality control measures to monitor care standards and client satisfaction. Provide ongoing training and support to team members to ensure consistent service quality. Minimum Position Qualifications: Licensed as a Registered Nurse; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Minimum of three years clinical experience in a professional healthcare setting. Demonstrated supervisory experience overseeing a medical or caregiving team. Must have previously worked in a home care environment. Valid US Driver’s License. Required immunizations including COVID-19 vaccination. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in managing private pay care arrangements. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a diverse team. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members. Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex health care situations. Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and standards. Skills: Advanced nursing and clinical skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
