Senior Healthcare Account Executive We are actively seeking a dynamic Senior Healthcare Account Executive to join our growing team. In this vital role, you will be the primary link between our company and healthcare facilities such as hospitals and skilled nursing facilities. Your main goal will be to facilitate care transitions for families, helping them find appropriate senior living options or in-home care services as they leave the healthcare setting. This position requires a proactive and passionate approach to building relationships and executing sales strategies to meet the needs of families and achieve business growth. Salary: $80,000 - $115,000 per year Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Engage with hospitals and skilled nursing facilities within your designated territory to become a trusted partner for care transition. Meet monthly targets by generating qualified patient referrals, facilitating families' selection of senior care options. Manage and expand your book of accounts, utilizing networking, cold calls, and presentations to increase referral volumes. Follow up routinely with each referral source to discuss discharge outcomes and strengthen ongoing relationships. Educate discharging families about their care options, coordinating with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to ensure smooth transitions. Implement and provide feedback on new sales initiatives, account management tools, and CRM enhancements. Maintain frequent in-field presence, including scheduled and impromptu visits to healthcare facilities to engage with decision-makers and stakeholders. Minimum Position Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Over three years of proven outside sales experience, ideally in the healthcare sector. Documented success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas through strategic contributor roles. Proficient in managing presentations and overcoming objections from high-level stakeholders. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Must be able to travel locally, dedicating 5 days a week to in-field activities. Well-versed in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM systems, with a preference for Salesforce. Preferred Qualifications: Extensive experience in healthcare or hospital sales environments. Strong abilities in client account management and territory sales planning. Excellent communication skills with the capability to engage with various internal and external parties seamlessly. Adept in time management and organizational skills to meet rigorous deadlines. Eager to take on challenges, with a robust competitive spirit and a continual learning mindset. Skills: Excellent interpersonal and networking skills to build strong business relationships. Strong negotiation and persuasive communication, capable of closing deals effectively. Strategic thinker with robust analytical abilities to forecast market trends and client needs. High resilience and endurance to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders under pressure. Detail-oriented, able to pinpoint essential strategies essential for market share growth. Adept in digital literacy to leverage technology for managing sales activities and performance metrics.
