About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to play a pivotal role in the development and execution of an HR strategy that is in line with the organization's overall goals. The CHRO will be a key leader, overseeing all HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, HR operations, and safety. This executive will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, particularly the CEO and C-Suite, and will be responsible for leading and directing all HR, people, talent, and culture functions to support a large and diverse team across the country.Candidates for the CHRO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with a preference for SPHR or PHR certification. A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on HR management in the home services, construction, or manufacturing industries, is required. The role demands excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. A background in a PE-backed organization, particularly in leading a portfolio company through an exit, is a plus. The successful candidate will be a strategic business advisor, a champion for company culture, and will ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations while managing the organization's HR policies and programs.
