About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead the HR function across its multi-faceted medical group. The CHRO will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the organization's business plan and support its mission. This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 15 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership position within a hospital or healthcare setting. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader, overseeing all HR efforts from recruitment to retention, and ensuring that the organization's human capital meets its strategic and financial goals. The CHRO will also be tasked with managing employee and labor relations in a heavily unionized environment, maintaining legal compliance, and creating a positive and engaging work culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR best practices, including compensation and benefits, organizational development, and training. They should be a natural coach and mentor, with excellent communication and team-building skills, and a proven ability to influence change and align HR initiatives with business objectives. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree preferred, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges of the medical industry is a must.
