About the Role
The Company is seeking a Bilingual Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the organization's business plan and strategic direction. This includes a focus on recruiting and retaining top talent, organizational and performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The CHRO will also play a key role in total compensation planning and must be an enterprise-wide thinker, capable of collaborating with senior leaders to support system change management initiatives.Applicants for the CHRO position at the company should have a Master’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field, and at least 5 years of relevant experience. The role requires the ability to plan and implement major HR projects, as well as excellent communication skills and computer literacy. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and must be able to obtain a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card. Additionally, the role demands a professional with a proactive approach to HR, who can effectively analyze and address organizational needs.
