About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead its Office of Human Resources. The CHRO will be responsible for the strategic alignment of human resource and business strategies, overseeing all HR functional areas, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and practices. This executive will also be tasked with maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal HR legislation, managing a significant HR budget, and leading a team of HR professionals. The role requires a transparent and politically savvy leader with a proven track record in a mission-driven organization, excellent communication skills, and the ability to champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.Candidates for the CHRO position at the company should have a comprehensive knowledge of HR laws and a minimum of 15 years' experience in HR management, with at least 10 years in a supervisory role. A Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's degree or higher. The ideal candidate will have a background in full-cycle HR information systems and a strong entrepreneurial orientation to recognize and champion new opportunities. Essential skills include the ability to lead through influence, a results-oriented approach, and a proven ability to attract, develop, and motivate talent. The CHRO will also be expected to have a strong business acumen, be adept at problem-solving, and have a transparent, inclusive, and team-oriented work style.
